Vacation!

Thank you Jesus for a very AWESOME night at work! Praise Jesus! This is going to be short and sweet! You can be a blessing to someone today! You are a special person! You have a purpose and God has a plan for your Life! You are Blessed! You are strong! You are Beautiful! You are caring! You are Loving! You have a smile that God himself made! Be bright today let your light shine! Know you have someone praying for you! Know you have someone that Loves you regardless his name is JESUS CHRIST! Im off to bed then more work tonight and CHURCH tommorow. Man I'm pumped!I can't wait to see what Jesus does next! I will be out of town for a couple of days! Blog atcha later!

Thanks and Prayer!

I want to write a letter to Jesus Christ thanking him for everything! Jesus i want to thank you for my salvation. I want to thank you for going to the cross and paying a price i should have paid. All i deserve is Hell! Thank you for caring enough about me to give me a new start. Thank you for my Family, my Friends, My wife who is so loving, caring and straight forward. Thank you for an Awesome Home Church where the people are as real as they come. Thank you for the staff there. Thank you for choosing me to spread your good news throughout this community and beyond! Thank you for your financial blessings in my Life! I've learned in a hard way Money means nothing unless you tell it where to go! Thank you for being in control of my finances. I screwed them up for long enough! Thank you for my 2 Children I commit to raise them for your purpose not mine. They are beautiful and i stay in Awe that you would trust me to raise 2 of your Children! Thank you for this Nation i live in you have blessed it so much. Father please forgive our country for all our wrong doing! Have mercy on us! I pray we turn back to you. We as a country have taken our eyes off of you! We are taken you out of schools, life and everything else! Our country kills your creation everyday with abortion! We are voting for same sex marriage. We are the number one pornography selling nation in the world! Please help our nation and I pray the Church steps up and starts addressing the issues that need to be addressed. We can't change the world but you can!

Wired!

Good morning I hope everyone’s having a great day. Mine has been awesome I just got through feeding my 5 month old. She is growing so fast! You see she depends on me to feed her so she can grow, she can’t feed herself yet. As I think about this it means more to me than just a feeding for my child. You see I know you have heard this over and over again especially if you attend a "Traditional" Church. You hear someone say I left "so and so church" because I wasn’t getting fed there. You see there is a difference when I feed my child. She is not old enough to eat on her own; however we as believers are old enough to know we have to eat. I’m not talking about the physical eating I'm talking about the spiritual feeding that has to take place everyday. We should have quiet time with Jesus everyday and trust him. We as believers can’t take this lightly. A lot of people will not read their bibles all week long and when Sunday morning arrives they have to wipe the dust off of there bible. Then they go to church and expect to hear from God. God may or may not speak to them and they think it’s the Pastor. They think he is not giving them what they need to here. When all week long they have put God’s word on the shelf! They have starved themselves! This will cause you to be blind to the truth! My Pastor said one time that a 99% commitment to Christ is 1% to short. I believe that with all my heart! He wants all of us not our leftovers! A song that sticks out in my mind is "Surrender All". Can you sing that song and mean it? Or is it just words? You see Jesus said he would rather you be either Hot or Cold not Luke warm. He said he would spew you out of his mouth! That’s not a good thing when the creator of everything says he would spit you out of his mouth! We need him in our life. Life without Jesus is impossible we must give him everything. We were not created for our purpose he made us for his purpose! Read Proverbs 19:21 it’s his plan not ours that will succeed. All we have to do is be a willing vessel. Are you willing to give everything to him? You can do it with his help not on your own! Is today the day you give it all away? Have a great day! Love You Jason)

Rules!

Man it’s been a very busy morning. I just got back from the grocery store and I’m going to do some clothes and then take my kids swimming. Its ridiculous hot outside so why not take a dip to cool off. My son has wanted to swim all week so we are going. I had my quiet time and Jesus laid this message on my heart so I'm going to blog about RULES! Yes following the rules. When I played pee wee football my dad was the coach. I was 8 years old when I started and I feared my dads rules at home and especially on the football field. I remember one practice specifically he had put me in the right guard position and explained to me it was my job to protect the quarterback and open up holes for the running back. So I remember the first play of practice that day he told me to block and to stay in my spot! So when the ball was snapped I listened I knocked the guy I was supposed to block down and then I seen another player (linebacker) coming to the right of the guy beside me and he missed the block leaving the running back stuck! Yeah! I just stood there and he got tackled hard. You see I had listened to the rule my coach (dad) had set, stay in your spot is what he told me, I did just that. You know I've been in churches that set the same rules. We get so caught up in following the rules we miss the big picture. You see if I would have moved out of my spot and hit the linebacker my teammate would have gained some yards. I would say 90% of the rules I was told to follow when I was a youth were man made not biblical! You see Ephesians chapter 2 verses 8-10 tells us “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith- and is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are Gods workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. I think Paul said it right when he said this to the church in Ephesus! You see following Jesus is not difficult, it’s impossible! He gives us the gift of life because He knows we cannot follow all the rules! Only through him can we follow his will for our lives! One question for you! Are you so caught up in following rules that you are missing the big picture? The big picture is reaching people for Jesus whom he already has set aside for us to do, he prepared them in advance! Let’s face it if we tried to do everything people have told us we need to do to be more like Jesus, we would never be more like him. We would be so caught up in Ridiculous Rules we could not see his face and know what he has planned for us! Sometime today take a minute and get alone somewhere quiet and listen to God speak to you through the Holy Spirit don’t say anything to him just LISTEN! Help!!!!

Hi! I hope everyone is having a great day! I got out of bed early this morning and went to the grocery store. The prices are up but I am constantly reminded of how lucky we are in this country to have a selection of food! I also thank God to have the money to buy food some people are not so fortunate. It’s a challenge to take 2 kids to the grocery store some of you know this. However this morning my kids were awesome! The baby was just watching everything and my 5 year old son was helping me load up and unload as we checked out! Then it hit me he wanted to get involved. He wanted to make a difference! He did and I was so thankful! So today smile at everyone you see and help them in anyway you possibly can! They will appreciate it! Your smile may be the only one they see all day and your helping hand could be what make’s them smile! Remember Jesus constantly set examples for us! We should do the same for our children and others around us! I will be going to work 12 hours tonight and tommorow so i will be missing in action until Sunday! Blog at you later!

Changing Lives!

What a day! I have 4 kids this morning all under the age of 5 years old the youngest 5 months. Wow! It’s been a challenge 2 of the kids are my on whom I have everyday which is awesome. The other 2 are a friends and they are being great! I always said I wanted lots of kids so I’m getting a taste of having 4 small ones running around. I’ve worked with kids at Church along time and I believe I have learned more from them than anyone else. They have no worries and a very free will! We should be more like children Jesus said that! Today I will be talking about things I learned from quiet time this morning and I learn in my everyday life. Enjoy! I hope this challenges you. It challenged me! Changing lives and making a difference! Sounds hard but its not! Sit back take a deep breathe and think who has made an impact in your life? What is it they do that seems to make a huge difference? It may be something as small as a smile everyday when you go into work or as big as someone watching your kids for you to have a DATENIGHT!!!! Yes DATENIGHT it’s very important but that’s another blog for another time. Sometimes we may not realize the impact and are not aware of the difference we make! I encourage you to get involved in your community. If you are currently a member of a church get involved don’t sit on the sidelines and warm the bench! The Coach (Jesus) wants you in the Game! Smile even when you don’t feel like it. Your smile may be the only one someone sees all day! If you are blessed financially and know someone struggling help them out don’t just pray for them! It may be your neighbor or someone else! The money is not yours anyway! There is no greater feeling than serving someone. It feeds your soul. I’m not just talking to the Christians either if you don’t have a relationship with Jesus serving may be what he uses to draw you to him! If you are not a believer I’m telling you to get involved! You may be living in sexual sin, abusing drugs and alcohol using things to feel that void in your life. I know because I’ve been there I am going to get personal with you. Before Jesus saved me I was addicted to alcohol, drugs, and pornography I tried to use those things to make me happy but they didn’t they almost destroyed me! I’m telling you, you’re not the only one who has issues! I’m also telling you. You don’t have to live like that anymore! I don’t know your problems or your issues but I do know a Sinless man who was 33 years old went to the cross and paid the penalty for your sins. We were separated from God and God sent his only son to die for us so that we may have life to the FULL! He was beaten spit on and think about this for a minute nailed to the cross NAILED! For you and I. Then he rose out of a borrowed tomb. You see it was borrowed he wasn’t going to need it but 3 days! That’s awesome! I want you to look back over your life and remember a time where you asked Jesus to come into your Life and make you brand new, you told him you are a sinner and you need forgiveness! If you can’t think of a time the time is now. I would not normally do this but I feel I need to. I want you to pray right now no matter where you’re at DEAR LORD JESUS I ADMIT I AM A SINNER AND I NEED YOUR FORGIVENESS. I BELIEVE YOU DIED ON THE CROSS AND ROSE AGAIN AND IM ASKING YOU TO COME INTO MY LIFE AND MAKE ME BRAND NEW. WASH AWAY ALL MY SINS. FROM THIS DAY FORWARD I WILL FOLLOW YOU ALL THE DAYS OF MY LIFE THANK YOU JESUS AMEN! If you prayed that prayer right now there is a party going on in Heaven in your name!
