Shape!

Today has been great I went to church this morning and cleaned the children rooms. It was great my son helped me. He is only 5 years old but he has a servant’s heart and I praise Jesus for that! You see I want to help shape his character and teach him that serving others will fill you up! You see they are toys in those rooms that he could play with and easily lose focus on cleaning them! However he stays so focused on getting the job done and completes the task early allowing him time to play if he wants to. You see we should pay attention to the voice of God and the benefits we reap are Great! Stay focused on Jesus and the task he has given you. He will bless you for being Obedient! Love you Guys Remember ONE LOVE, ONE GOD, ONE WAY! JESUS!!!!

Hello! I just got back in from Charleston, SC and it was awesome! My family and I had a great time. The most awesome thing happened! I was swimming with a SHARK and I had no clue! I had just walked out of the water and my wife pointed at a fin sticking up out of the water and shouted whats that. I looked barely offshore and there it was a SHARK. I wanted to catch it. I know im crazy I've been told that 1,000 times! I tried to catch him but he would disappear and then show back up 10 foot from me! Then i realized something Im playing with a SHARK! I could have got bit or hurt, but i was so caught up in the moment i didn't STOP and realize what i was doing. Man that sounds like Life. We get so caught up in the motions and go go go all the time. We don't realize what we are doing have the time. We don't take time for our Spouse, Kids, Family or Friends. That can be a very harmful thing! So take time to spend every moment you can with your Family. Don't forsake them for work! That job may provide for your family but it will also ruin your family. You have to balance Work and Family! After all what is more important the business deal or your kids baseball game! Your kid will not remember the money you make he will however remember you being there for him! If you work all the time this blog is for you! Today may be the day you leave work early or take the day off to spend with your family! The choice is yours! Im going to bed im sleepy! Remember BE REAL! People like when you are, even if they get Pissed!

Vacation!

Hello! I'm Off to Charleston! I would like to say Chad and Tommy Rock it out and be Dangerous Monday. Lives will be changed! Church ROCKED my world this morning! I'm constantly challenged and I Love It! Remember LOVE is for everyone! JESUS IS LOVE! Have a Blessed Day!

Thank you Jesus for a very AWESOME night at work! Praise Jesus! This is going to be short and sweet! You can be a blessing to someone today! You are a special person! You have a purpose and God has a plan for your Life! You are Blessed! You are strong! You are Beautiful! You are caring! You are Loving! You have a smile that God himself made! Be bright today let your light shine! Know you have someone praying for you! Know you have someone that Loves you regardless his name is JESUS CHRIST! Im off to bed then more work tonight and CHURCH tommorow. Man I'm pumped!I can't wait to see what Jesus does next! I will be out of town for a couple of days! Blog atcha later!

I want to write a letter to Jesus Christ thanking him for everything! Jesus i want to thank you for my salvation. I want to thank you for going to the cross and paying a price i should have paid. All i deserve is Hell! Thank you for caring enough about me to give me a new start. Thank you for my Family, my Friends, My wife who is so loving, caring and straight forward. Thank you for an Awesome Home Church where the people are as real as they come. Thank you for the staff there. Thank you for choosing me to spread your good news throughout this community and beyond! Thank you for your financial blessings in my Life! I've learned in a hard way Money means nothing unless you tell it where to go! Thank you for being in control of my finances. I screwed them up for long enough! Thank you for my 2 Children I commit to raise them for your purpose not mine. They are beautiful and i stay in Awe that you would trust me to raise 2 of your Children! Thank you for this Nation i live in you have blessed it so much. Father please forgive our country for all our wrong doing! Have mercy on us! I pray we turn back to you. We as a country have taken our eyes off of you! We are taken you out of schools, life and everything else! Our country kills your creation everyday with abortion! We are voting for same sex marriage. We are the number one pornography selling nation in the world! Please help our nation and I pray the Church steps up and starts addressing the issues that need to be addressed. We can't change the world but you can!

Wired!

Good morning I hope everyone’s having a great day. Mine has been awesome I just got through feeding my 5 month old. She is growing so fast! You see she depends on me to feed her so she can grow, she can’t feed herself yet. As I think about this it means more to me than just a feeding for my child. You see I know you have heard this over and over again especially if you attend a "Traditional" Church. You hear someone say I left "so and so church" because I wasn’t getting fed there. You see there is a difference when I feed my child. She is not old enough to eat on her own; however we as believers are old enough to know we have to eat. I’m not talking about the physical eating I'm talking about the spiritual feeding that has to take place everyday. We should have quiet time with Jesus everyday and trust him. We as believers can’t take this lightly. A lot of people will not read their bibles all week long and when Sunday morning arrives they have to wipe the dust off of there bible. Then they go to church and expect to hear from God. God may or may not speak to them and they think it’s the Pastor. They think he is not giving them what they need to here. When all week long they have put God’s word on the shelf! They have starved themselves! This will cause you to be blind to the truth! My Pastor said one time that a 99% commitment to Christ is 1% to short. I believe that with all my heart! He wants all of us not our leftovers! A song that sticks out in my mind is "Surrender All". Can you sing that song and mean it? Or is it just words? You see Jesus said he would rather you be either Hot or Cold not Luke warm. He said he would spew you out of his mouth! That’s not a good thing when the creator of everything says he would spit you out of his mouth! We need him in our life. Life without Jesus is impossible we must give him everything. We were not created for our purpose he made us for his purpose! Read Proverbs 19:21 it’s his plan not ours that will succeed. All we have to do is be a willing vessel. Are you willing to give everything to him? You can do it with his help not on your own! Is today the day you give it all away? Have a great day! Love You Jason)

Rules!

Man it’s been a very busy morning. I just got back from the grocery store and I’m going to do some clothes and then take my kids swimming. Its ridiculous hot outside so why not take a dip to cool off. My son has wanted to swim all week so we are going. I had my quiet time and Jesus laid this message on my heart so I'm going to blog about RULES! Yes following the rules. When I played pee wee football my dad was the coach. I was 8 years old when I started and I feared my dads rules at home and especially on the football field. I remember one practice specifically he had put me in the right guard position and explained to me it was my job to protect the quarterback and open up holes for the running back. So I remember the first play of practice that day he told me to block and to stay in my spot! So when the ball was snapped I listened I knocked the guy I was supposed to block down and then I seen another player (linebacker) coming to the right of the guy beside me and he missed the block leaving the running back stuck! Yeah! I just stood there and he got tackled hard. You see I had listened to the rule my coach (dad) had set, stay in your spot is what he told me, I did just that. You know I've been in churches that set the same rules. We get so caught up in following the rules we miss the big picture. You see if I would have moved out of my spot and hit the linebacker my teammate would have gained some yards. I would say 90% of the rules I was told to follow when I was a youth were man made not biblical! You see Ephesians chapter 2 verses 8-10 tells us “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith- and is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God- not by works, so that no one can boast. For we are Gods workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do. I think Paul said it right when he said this to the church in Ephesus! You see following Jesus is not difficult, it’s impossible! He gives us the gift of life because He knows we cannot follow all the rules! Only through him can we follow his will for our lives! One question for you! Are you so caught up in following rules that you are missing the big picture? The big picture is reaching people for Jesus whom he already has set aside for us to do, he prepared them in advance! Let’s face it if we tried to do everything people have told us we need to do to be more like Jesus, we would never be more like him. We would be so caught up in Ridiculous Rules we could not see his face and know what he has planned for us! Sometime today take a minute and get alone somewhere quiet and listen to God speak to you through the Holy Spirit don’t say anything to him just LISTEN!
